SVIP Games Pakistan Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and SVIP Games ("we", "us", "the Platform"), operated at svipgames.net. By accessing the SVIP Games website, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the SVIP Games platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read alongside the SVIP Games Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your agreement with us.

To register and maintain an account on SVIP Games, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. SVIP Games operates a strict 18+ policy with zero tolerance for underage access.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online casino platforms is permitted under applicable laws.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and at any point when SVIP Games requests verification documents.
• You must not already hold an existing SVIP Games account. Each individual may hold only one account. Registering duplicate accounts — whether under the same or a different name — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or operating your SVIP Games account.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided to SVIP Games. If we discover that false information was submitted at any stage, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation. SVIP Games reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documents including but not limited to: CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

SVIP Games accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. No other currency is accepted and no currency conversion is required or applied. All account balances are maintained in PKR.

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on SVIP Games:

• JazzCash — Mobile wallet transfer (instant)
• Easypaisa — Mobile wallet transfer (instant)
• NayaPay — Digital wallet (instant)
• SadaPay — Digital wallet (instant)
• IBFT Bank Transfer — Pakistani bank-to-bank transfer (may take 30–60 minutes depending on your bank)
• Visa / Mastercard debit cards — Issued by Pakistani banks only

The minimum deposit amount on SVIP Games is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though SVIP Games may impose limits at its discretion for risk management purposes. Deposits credited to your SVIP Games wallet are available for play immediately upon clearance.

Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name will be rejected. SVIP Games does not accept third-party payments under any circumstances. If a deposit is made from an account or card not belonging to the registered player, it will be returned and the SVIP Games account may be suspended pending investigation.

SVIP Games processes withdrawal requests to Pakistani payment methods 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa / NayaPay / SadaPay: 10–15 minutes average
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 30–90 minutes depending on your bank
• Visa / Mastercard (debit): 1–3 business days

The minimum withdrawal amount from SVIP Games is Rs 500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your SVIP Games account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before processing any withdrawal, SVIP Games may require identity verification. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC and proof of the payment method you are withdrawing to. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure and applies to all players regardless of account history.

SVIP Games reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000. Such requests may take up to 48 hours to process while documentation is reviewed. Players will be notified by email if additional verification is required.

SVIP Games offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirement: All deposit bonuses carry a 20× wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus requires Rs 100,000 in total bets before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Eligibility: Each promotion on SVIP Games is available once per player, per household, per IP address and per payment method. Players attempting to claim bonuses multiple times using different accounts or methods will have their accounts closed.
• Free Spin Winnings Cap: Unless otherwise specified, the maximum cashable amount from free spin winnings is Rs 5,000 per offer.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%. Live casino games, Teen Patti, Baccarat and table games may contribute at a lower rate. Check the specific promotion for details.
• Expiry: All bonuses expire 7 days after being credited unless the promotion states otherwise. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• SVIP Games Right to Amend: SVIP Games reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a technical error affects a bonus calculation, SVIP Games will correct the error and is not bound to honour an incorrect amount.

All games available on SVIP Games — including slots, live dealer games, RNG table games, fishing games and virtual sports — operate according to individual game rules published within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the rules of the game you are playing.

SVIP Games uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all RNG-based games. All RNG systems are independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are verified as part of this certification process and displayed within each game's information panel.

• All game outcomes are generated by certified systems and are final once confirmed by the server.
• In the event of a game malfunction, SVIP Games reserves the right to void affected bets. Players will be refunded the original stake amount.
• If a game round begins and is interrupted due to a network or system failure, SVIP Games will restore the game state from the last confirmed server-side position. In cases where this is not possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Winnings will only be paid on bets that have been fully confirmed by the SVIP Games server. Partial or unconfirmed bets at the time of a malfunction will be voided.

Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheel) monitored by multi-camera systems. SVIP Games live dealer tables use equipment supplied and maintained by licensed game studios. All live game activity is recorded and records are retained for audit purposes.

SVIP Games is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a way to make money or escape from problems. The following tools are available in your SVIP Games account settings at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive a notification after a specified period of continuous play, reminding you to take a break.
• Bet Size Limits: Cap the maximum stake per bet across all games on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your SVIP Games account. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum of six months. If you believe you have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to use this option.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SVIP Games login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any account access details with any other person under any circumstances.

SVIP Games will never ask for your password by email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication claiming to be from SVIP Games requesting your password, please report it immediately to support@svipgames.net.

• All bets placed from your account are your responsibility, including those placed without your knowledge if you have shared your credentials or failed to secure your device.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact SVIP Games support immediately so we can temporarily suspend the account while the matter is investigated.
• Enable two-factor authentication in your account settings for additional security. SVIP Games strongly recommends all Pakistani players activate this feature.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the SVIP Games platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and permanent closure, with all balances forfeited:

• Registering more than one SVIP Games account, or assisting others in doing so
• Using software tools, bots, scripts or any automated means to place bets or exploit game systems
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or game malfunctions to obtain unfair winnings
• Using stolen payment instruments or fraudulently obtained funds to deposit
• Engaging in money laundering or using SVIP Games to conduct financial fraud
• Participating in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Providing false identity information or documentation to SVIP Games
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or replicate any part of the SVIP Games platform, games or software
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by a person under 18 years of age

SVIP Games reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has violated any clause in these Terms and Conditions
• The account is being used for prohibited activities as defined in Section 9
• The player has provided false or misleading information at any stage
• Security concerns require immediate action to protect the player or the platform
• We are required to do so by a regulatory, legal or law enforcement authority

Players wishing to voluntarily close their SVIP Games account may do so at any time by contacting support@svipgames.net. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance above Rs 500 will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification. Bonus balances are not withdrawable upon account closure.

Players who have self-excluded cannot reopen their accounts during the exclusion period. After the minimum exclusion period has passed, reinstatement requires a formal request to SVIP Games support and a cooling-off confirmation process.

SVIP Games provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available, secure and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. SVIP Games is not liable for:

• Loss of data or profits resulting from platform downtime, technical errors or connectivity issues
• Any losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to follow game rules or Terms
• Losses resulting from a player sharing their account credentials with a third party
• Decisions made by a player while under the influence of substances or in a state of impaired judgement
• Errors in player-side hardware, software or internet connections that affect game outcomes

In all cases, SVIP Games' maximum liability to any player is limited to the amount of the player's real-money balance at the time of the relevant incident. SVIP Games is not responsible for any consequential, indirect or special damages arising from use of the platform.

SVIP Games reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Significant changes that materially affect player rights will be communicated via email to registered players at least 7 days before taking effect, where practical.

Your continued use of the SVIP Games platform after any Terms update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should close your account before the revised Terms take effect.

SVIP Games recommends that all players review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. The current version will always be available at svipgames.net/terms-conditions.
